Are there any enrolment terms?
Only the members within the age bracket of 15-55 will be provided with the healthcare membership.
The healthcare membership is only for an individual who stays in any Zolo property across India or who is a Zoloite as per Zolo’s database. The healthcare membership shall not be available for any staff or employee or any other third party who is not staying in Zolo as a paying guest. An employee of Zolo who also stays in any Zolo property and qualifies as a Zoloite will be entitled to the healthcare membership. Also, it is not available for the family member of Zoloites.
Membership will only be provided to Indian citizens.
Membership will not be provided to those who do not have a valid identity proof of being an Indian resident.
Membership activation and process flow as agreed. The membership plan can be changed through the option of upgradation available to all members. However, upgraded plan after activation will come into effect after at least 30 days such a request is provided.
Following members falling in the particular occupation could be rejected for membership:
Employees of Nuclear power plants, underground mines, explosives, hazardous material (e.g. fertilizers, asbestos fibre, toxic gases, pesticides)
Law enforcement agencies (including police, Para-military, military forces).
