These healthcare benefits will be made available to Zoloites on Onsurity app.

No. ZoloSure is not an insurance program. ZoloSure is a healthcare membership (powered by Onsurity) which provides different healthcare benefits including group health insurance for members from Onsurity’s partner insurance company. ZoloSure comes with many other healthcare benefits such as discounted Doctor Tele-consultation, online medicine orders and health check-ups. 

ZoloSure is available for all the 50,000+ residents in 485+ Zolo properties in 10+ cities across the country subject to terms of enrolment.

Zolo takes extreme care of Zoloites and this is why Zolo has the highest customer satisfaction in the industry globally. As the market leader, Zolo wants to encourage everyone in the co-living segment to prioritize the health and safety of their customers and this is why Zolo offers to provide the healthcare safety considering the prevailing pandemic situation. 

ZoloSure program provides monthly healthcare membership to a Zoloite where the start date will be the 1st of the month or the membership activation date and it will be continued till the end date of the month. Every month the membership will be auto-renewed for the entire calendar month till you are a Zoloite. 

For all residents, Zolo is providing at least the complementary Silver membership variant of ZoloSure during your ZoloStay. Thus, it is the default benefit of staying with Zolo. However, a higher membership variant (Gold, Diamond and Platinum) can be selected by a Zoloite, accordingly the appropriate membership fee will be payable by the Zoloite which will be charged in monthly rents for ZoloStay. 

Onsurity is neither an insurance company nor an insurance broker/agent. Onsurity is a HealthTech platform where they provide healthcare memberships to their clients for their employees’ and customers’ wellness and healthcare.  

No, you do not have to submit any additional documents for the activation of your ZoloSure membership. You just have to ensure that you have submitted correct details in the signup process with ZoloStays. 

If a Zoloite leaves Zolostays in the middle of the calendar month and the same information is provided to Onsurity by Zolo, then the member will be removed from ZoloSure membership. However, the member can still continue the same healthcare membership through Onsurity on his/her personal capacity within 15 days of the moving out date from Zolostays. This can be informed to Onsurity or the membership can be purchased on the Onsurity app. 

ZoloSure healthcare membership provides you with different healthcare benefits where group health insurance is one of the benefits. Zolo will provide at least the complimentary Silver healthcare membership which will have health insurance with INR 1 lakh Sum Insured. You can opt for higher membership variants to enjoy enhanced healthcare benefits and health insurance Sum Insured up to INR 5 lakhs. 

However, having a personal health insurance cover is an individual’s choice as insurance policy terms under the group health insurance provided with ZoloSure could be different from your existing insurance plan.  

ZoloSure is valid till the time you are an active member of Zolostays. If in case, you leave Zolostays and Zolostays does not provide the complimentary membership, then you can contact Onsurity or use the Onsurity app and continue your membership with same benefits by paying the standard charges for Onsurity membership in your personal capacity. 

  • Only the members within the age bracket of 15-55 will be provided with the healthcare membership. 
  • The healthcare membership is only for an individual who stays in any Zolo property across India or who is a Zoloite as per Zolo’s database. The healthcare membership shall not be available for any staff or employee or any other third party who is not staying in Zolo as a paying guest. An employee of Zolo who also stays in any Zolo property and qualifies as a Zoloite will be entitled to the healthcare membership. Also, it is not available for the family member of Zoloites. 
  • Membership will only be provided to Indian citizens. 
  • Membership will not be provided to those who do not have a valid identity proof of being an Indian resident. 
  • Membership activation and process flow as agreed. The membership plan can be changed through the option of upgradation available to all members. However, upgraded plan after activation will come into effect after at least 30 days such a request is provided. 
  • Following members falling in the particular occupation could be rejected for membership: 
    • Employees of Nuclear power plants, underground mines, explosives, hazardous material (e.g. fertilizers, asbestos fibre, toxic gases, pesticides) 
    • Law enforcement agencies (including police, Para-military, military forces). 

Yes, you can upgrade your ZoloSure membership to higher variant anytime. The benefit of higher variant will at least take 30 days to come into effect from the date of upgradation. However, until you are moved to the higher variant, you can continue to use your existing membership. 

Being a Zolo resident, you will be offered at least a base complementary healthcare membership by Zolo. If you select to upgrade your membership, it can be done by paying the differential charges on Zolo’s app. This amount will be added to your monthly Zolo rental. 

Yes! You can continue the ZoloSure membership even after leaving Zolo. Please contact Onsurity at care@65.1.116.65 for further details. 

The healthcare benefits are provided by Onsurity in partnership with Zolo. Thus, you can use Onsurity app and pay on personal capacity to Onsurity to continue enjoying your membership. 

If you are a new member under ZoloSure, then it takes about 1 working day for the certificate number to reflect on your E-health card post membership activation. 

Unfortunately, ZoloSure membership can only be offered to members in the specified age bracket. 

No! as of now family members cannot be added to this membership. Onsurity will communicate to the members as and when this option will be made available. 

ZoloSure is the most affordable healthcare membership and the monthly subscription is introduced so that it is convenient for you to pay for your HealthCare along with your monthly Zolostays rent. 

If you upgrade from the complementary healthcare membership provided by Zolo, then updated fee will be added to your monthly rental payment to Zolostays.

You will enjoy the higher healthcare benefits with the upgradation such as extra free doctor consultations, more order limit on discounted medicine orders and health check-ups. However, the waiting period benefit gained for Specific Illness (2 years) and Pre-Existing disease (4 years) will be reinstated with each upgradation request. 

No, if you have intimated to change your location to Zolo and there is no break in your stay with Zolo, then your membership will stay activated and all the accrued benefits will be continued.

The entry age for any member into the program is between 15-55 years.

Onsurity needs your mobile number, email to ensure that you can be contacted immediately and also to inform when your reports are ready to ship or to re-schedule your tests. Further, Onsurity needs your personal details such as – age, gender, height, weight etc. purely for health check-up. We never share your personal information with anyone else apart from our third-party provider. 

Group Health Insurance

Yes! COVID-19 related hospitalisation is covered after 30 days from the date of your HealthCare membership activation. 

COVID-19 related expenses will be provided only in case of hospitalisation of more than 24 hours. Benefit will not be provided in following cases: 

  • Self-quarantine. 
  • Quarantine advised by any unauthorized testing centre. 
  • Quarantine/isolation at any unauthorized centre. 
  • Self-Isolation during the lockdown. 

For each member covered under the group health insurance: 

  • There is an initial waiting period of 30 days (not applicable in the case of accidental hospitalization) from the date of the enrolment of each member. 
  • Pre-existing diseases are not covered for 4 years from the date of enrolment. 
  • There shall be 2 years of waiting period from the date of enrolment for the following specific disease: 

i. Internal congenital diseases 

ii. Non-infective arthritis 

iii. Diseases of gall bladder including cholecystitis 

iv. Urogenital system e.g. Kidney Stone, Urinary Bladder Stone 

v. Pancreatitis 

vi. Ulcer and erosion of stomach and duodenum 

vii. All forms of Cirrhosis 

viii. Gastroesophageal Reflux Disorder (GERD) 

ix. Perineal Abscesses 

x. Perianal Abscesses

Pre-existing disease for each member is covered under the group health insurance, after 4 years from the date of enrolment.

Covered only if necessitated due to disease or injury and requiring minimum 24-hour hospitalization. 

Routine OPD procedures like root canal, extraction etc. are not covered 

Maternity is not covered in any membership plan providing the group health insurance for Onsurity members.

Domiciliary Hospitalization is covered as per policy terms under the group health insurance.

All these are covered as any other ailment subject to terms and conditions in the underlying policy.

There are two kinds of hospitals: 

  • One where the charges change with the room category 
  • One where the charges do not change with room category. 

This is a part of the agreement between the insurer and the hospital. If the insurer has signed the agreement with the hospital which states that other charges do not change with room category, in that case, proportionate deductions would not be applied. The member has to pay only the room rent difference. 

Group Health Insurance Claim

No, maternity related health claims will not be covered. 

There are 7000+ network hospital in India where cashless hospitalisation benefits can be availed. In the event of non-availability of a cashless hospital, a member can file for a reimbursement claim and Onsurity’s Good Doctors team will assist in getting the reimbursement claim processed as per the terms of Group Health Insurance Policy for Onsurity members. 

There is no limit on the number of claims under the group health insurance. You can make claims admissible up to the Sum Insured during the span of 12 months from the date of activation of the membership, provided you continue to remain a member under the ZoloSure healthcare membership program. 

Nominee of the member (if available with Onsurity) can avail benefits for a valid claim for expenses incurred under the policy before the demise of the primary member. However, Sum Insured payable in case of death does not constitute the part of this policy. 

Nominee of the member could be added using the Onsurity app or details of the nominee could be provided to Onsurity at care@65.1.116.65.  

Under the Group Health Insurance for Onsurity members, it shall be a condition precedent to the Company’s liability under this policy that all supporting documents relating to the claim must be submitted within thirty (30) days from the date of discharge from the hospital. 

In the case of post-hospitalization treatment days, all claim documents should be submitted to Onsurity’s insurance partner within seven (7) days after completion of such treatment. 

Member will get regular updates on claim status through Onsurity’s insurance partner. In addition to this, Onsurity’s Good Doctors Team’ would be in contact with the claimant throughout the process. 

Onsurity’s insurance partner requires scanned copies of the original documents to process the claim. They do not require physical documents. 

However, in cases where the insurer feels the need for the physical documents, they can ask for it. 

  • There are checks and balances built-in across the ecosystem which operate on soft copies for submission of claims. 
  • There are built-in triggers in the system which can flag such claims. 
  • Part of the triggers are tech-based and part of them are evidence-based. 
  • Based on these, some claims can be subjected to investigations too. 

As per the terms and conditions of the Onsurity’s partner insurance company, there are certain standard waiting periods and exclusions. Any other permissible illness will be covered by the Insurance company either through cashless treatment in a network hospital or by allowing to process reimbursement claim. Both Zolostays and Onsurity only serve as platforms for customers to avail the healthcare benefits under the ZoloSure healthcare membership program and are not bound to compensate in the event of any hospitalisation. 

  • As a standard procedure original physical copies are not required. 
  • In case such need arises the same would be intimated to the insured with the necessary details. 
  • In cases where physical documents are needed, they are called in to ascertain whether the claim can be deemed payable or not. 
  • The claim would be payable only after this process is complete. 

Assuming receipt of all the required documents – life cycle of a claim from receipt of documents to payment/denial/query may take up to 14 working days.

Post the claim is deemed payable it may take about 72 hrs for the payment to realise in the claimants account unless it is interrupted due to technical or operational issues.

These are standard guidelines. Rest assured as Onsurity team would be following up with the insurer to get the claims cleared quickly.

Our Partner Insurance Company has 5000+ hospital network across India. Still, if the Team Member takes the treatment in any non-network hospital, then the Team Member can provide us with the details of the treatment and hospital bills on the Onsurity mobile application and/or website.   

If the Team Member’s claim is valid, then our Partner Insurance Company will reimburse the amount for the treatment taken.

Under the Team Member Only membership, healthcare features and benefits are availed only by an individual team member in the organization. Under the Team Member & Family membership, healthcare features and benefits are extended to your team member as well as his/her spouse and two children aged up to 25 years. 

Once you enrol your team member with the Healthcare Membership, he/she can extend the Healthcare Membership to defined family relationships on Onsurity mobile application.

Fitness, Health Check-ups and Medicines

The discounted medicines delivery and health check-ups are provided by our partner network. There is discount up to 20% in medicine delivery and up to 65% in health check-ups / diagnostic tests. 

Apart from Over-the-Counter (OTC) medicines, doctor’s prescription will be necessary to order the medicine online. 

We do not provide any of yours or your family personal health data to your organisation. We only provide your enrolment details. Hence, any of your private records is safe with us! 

For better understanding of your health needs, we store your health records. Don’t worry, these records stay safe with us and no one else could access. This also helps you to check your health records at one place! 

Our partner network provides around 140+ tests as well as necessary health check-up packages to continually monitor your health.

Apart from OTC medicines, discount is available on the medicines prescribed by a certified doctor, subject to availability of medicine in stock. 

Group Health Insurance

The group health insurance plan provided by our partner health insurance company to Onsurity members provides with all the basic coverages an individual shall have. Following are the benefits under the plan: 

  • In-patient hospitalization [24 hours or more] 
  • Day Care treatment 
  • Pre & Post hospitalization expenses (30 & 60 Days) 
  • Ambulance transportation cover – INR 2,500 per event 
  • Room rent 
  • Normal room: 2% of the Sum Insured per day 
  • ICU: 5% of the Sum Insured per day 
  • AYUSH treatment – upto the Sum Insured 
  • Cataract – 25% of the Sum Insured or INR 40,000, whichever is lower – one claim for one eye during one policy year 
  • Dental treatment, if necessitated due to disease or injury 
  • Plastic surgery, if necessitated due to disease or injury

Our Partner Insurance Company has 7500+ hospital network across India. Still if the Team Member take the treatment in any non-network hospital, then the Team Member can provide us with the details of the treatment and hospital bills on the Onsurity mobile application and/or website.   

If the Team Member’s claim is valid, then our Partner Insurance Company will reimburse the amount for the treatment taken.

Covid-19 related expenses will be provided only in case of hospitalization of more than 24 hours. Also, there is a waiting period of 15 days for Covid-19. The benefit will not be provided in the following cases:

There is no limit on number of claims under the group health insurance. Team Member can make claims admissible up to the Sum Insured during the span of 12 months, provided they continue to remain members under the TeamSure program. In case of the Team Member and Family membership type, the specified limit of Sum Insured is considered for the family (spouse and children), and not each individual Team Member.  

Pre-existing disease for each Team Member and their family is covered under the group health insurance, after 4 years from the date of enrolment. 

Plan Upgradation by Team Member

With increasing medical costs and need for better healthcare services, Onsurity believes everyone has right to safety of their health. For better sense of security, we encourage you to include your family members (spouse and children) and have Jade Healthcare Membership which provide highest level of care. 

Yes, at the time of onboarding you can select your preferred Healthcare Membership and pay monthly the difference due to upgrade.  

At the time of onboarding or using Onsurity app, a member can subscribe to the membership for their spouse and children.

Subscription

The monthly billing cycle is the date on which your subscription date to the TeamSure program is due on a monthly basis. For example, if your subscription date was on the 5th of a particular month, then your subscription date will be due on the 5th day of every month.

We charge you on the basis of your daily utilization for your active Team Member and Membership Type. So, if your monthly subscription at the time of your next subscription date comes out to be more or less than the initial subscription then this would be due to the following reasons:

  • More / Less number of Team Member in the organization than originally provided to us.
  • Different Age-distribution across Team Members than originally provided.
  • Movement in the number of Team Members (Joiners and Leavers) during the monthly cycle.
  • Late onboarding/activation of the plan by a Team Member.

Our TeamSure Dashboard provides you with the complete details of the amount charged from the subscription amount collected.

Go to your TeamSure Dashboard and follow the discontinue procedures. The subscription fee is the amount we charge from You to onboard onto our platform for providing Healthcare Membership to Your Team Member.  

  • The initial subscription amount is calculated for 45 days (1 month + 15 days advanced refundable deposit) depending on the plan type, number of team members and their estimated age. Let’s name it as (A) 
  • At the end of the month: 
  • We compute the charge for the month which is calculated on the basis of the actual number of the team members, their age, their plan type and the number of days for which they were activated for the last month on our platform (B) 
  • We compute 15 days refundable deposit basis the team members who were active as on the billing date (C) 
  • The next month bill and the auto-debit amount would then become (B + C – A).  

You may also discontinue your existing subscription to the TeamSure program by providing us with a written notice atleast 15 days prior to the next subscription due date, care@onsurity.com

Any unutilized sums held as Membership Subscription Deposit would be refunded to you on your request, per Our sole discretion.

Team Onboarding/Employer Dashboard

Team member’s onboarding process is straightforward and simple. You just have to invite your team. We give you the following options to invite your team members: 

  • You can provide us with your team members’ email ids or mobile number and we will send them invitations. You can provide this on the web or upload an Excel on TeamSure dashboard. 
  • Alternatively, you can register your company’s domain with us and then your team members can onboard themselves by logging through their Company’s Email id.

Once your team has received the invitation on their mobile or email ID, they can follow the invitation link and onboard themselves. Also, they can log in on Onsurity mobile application to onboard.

We need very basic details such as date of birth, name and gender of your team members and their family member/s for activation of the membership.

Go to Manage Team Members section in your “TeamSure Dashboard” and unsubscribe the member you wish to remove from the program.

If your Team Member leaves you between the month and you have removed the Team Member using “TeamSure Dashboard”, then we only charge you till the date of removal of such Team Member. 

Please note that the membership un-subscribe date for a team member will be considered as the date on which such un-subscribe information is intimated to us regardless of the actual leaving date of the team member from the organization.

Go to the “Add Member” section in your “TeamSure Dashboard” and add the team member by inviting them or provide all the required details to activate the membership of team member directly.

The membership becomes active for the respective Team Member when he/she have successfully onboarded themselves or all details of employees are provided to us for activation.

The TeamSure Dashboard simplifies managing the team’s membership under Onsurity Healthcare Membership program. Through our TeamSure Dashboard, a user can do the following with ease:

If the Team Member’s claim is valid, then our Partner Insurance Company will reimburse the amount for the treatment taken.

Yes, at the time of onboarding you can select your preferred Healthcare Membership and pay monthly the difference due to upgrade.  

At the time of onboarding or using Onsurity app, a member can subscribe to the membership for their spouse and children.

The monthly billing cycle is the date on which your subscription date to the TeamSure program is due on a monthly basis. For example, if your subscription date was on the 5th of a particular month, then your subscription date will be due on the 5th day of every month.

We charge you on the basis of your daily utilization for your active Team Member and Membership Type. So, if your monthly subscription at the time of your next subscription date comes out to be more or less than the initial subscription then this would be due to the following reasons:

  • More / Less number of Team Member in the organization than originally provided to us.
  • Different Age-distribution across Team Members than originally provided.
  • Movement in the number of Team Members (Joiners and Leavers) during the monthly cycle.
  • Late onboarding/activation of the plan by a Team Member.

Our TeamSure Dashboard provides you with the complete details of the amount charged from the subscription amount collected.

Yes, after the initial waiting period of 15 days from the date of enrollment.  

Covid-19 related expenses will be provided only in case of hospitalization of more than 24 hours. Also, there is a waiting period of 15 days for Covid-19. The benefit will not be provided in the following cases: 

  • Self-quarantine.   
  • Quarantine advised by any unauthorized testing center.  
  • Quarantine/isolation at any unauthorized center.  
  • Self-isolation during the lockdown. 

The group health insurance plan provided by our partner health insurance company to Onsurity members provides with all the basic coverages an individual shall have. Following are the benefits under the plan:

  • Pre-existing diseases are not covered for 4 years from the date of enrollment.

There is no limit on number of claims under the group health insurance. Team Member can make claims admissible up to the Sum Insured during the span of 12 months, provided they continue to remain members under the TeamSure program. In case of the Team Member and Family membership type, the specified limit of Sum Insured is considered for the family (spouse and children), and not each individual Team Member.  

Pre-existing disease for each Team Member and their family is covered under the group health insurance, after 4 years from the date of enrolment.

No, you do not have to submit any additional documents for the activation of your ZoloSure membership. You just have to ensure that you have submitted correct details in the signup process with ZoloStays. 

If a Zoloite leaves Zolostays in the middle of the calendar month and the same information is provided to Onsurity by Zolo, then the member will be removed from ZoloSure membership. However, the member can still continue the same healthcare membership through Onsurity on his/her personal capacity within 15 days of the moving out date from Zolostays. This can be informed to Onsurity or the membership can be purchased on the Onsurity app. 

ZoloSure healthcare membership provides you with different healthcare benefits where group health insurance is one of the benefits. Zolo will provide at least the complimentary Silver healthcare membership which will have health insurance with INR 1 lakh Sum Insured. You can opt for higher membership variants to enjoy enhanced healthcare benefits and health insurance Sum Insured up to INR 5 lakhs. 

However, having a personal health insurance cover is an individual’s choice as insurance policy terms under the group health insurance provided with ZoloSure could be different from your existing insurance plan.  

ZoloSure is valid till the time you are an active member of Zolostays. If in case, you leave Zolostays and Zolostays does not provide the complimentary membership, then you can contact Onsurity or use the Onsurity app and continue your membership with same benefits by paying the standard charges for Onsurity membership in your personal capacity. 

  • Only the members within the age bracket of 15-55 will be provided with the healthcare membership. 
  • The healthcare membership is only for an individual who stays in any Zolo property across India or who is a Zoloite as per Zolo’s database. The healthcare membership shall not be available for any staff or employee or any other third party who is not staying in Zolo as a paying guest. An employee of Zolo who also stays in any Zolo property and qualifies as a Zoloite will be entitled to the healthcare membership. Also, it is not available for the family member of Zoloites. 
  • Membership will only be provided to Indian citizens. 
  • Membership will not be provided to those who do not have a valid identity proof of being an Indian resident. 
  • Membership activation and process flow as agreed. The membership plan can be changed through the option of upgradation available to all members. However, upgraded plan after activation will come into effect after at least 30 days such a request is provided. 
  • Following members falling in the particular occupation could be rejected for membership: 
    • Employees of Nuclear power plants, underground mines, explosives, hazardous material (e.g. fertilizers, asbestos fibre, toxic gases, pesticides) 
    • Law enforcement agencies (including police, Para-military, military forces). 

Yes, you can upgrade your ZoloSure membership to higher variant anytime. The benefit of higher variant will at least take 30 days to come into effect from the date of upgradation. However, until you are moved to the higher variant, you can continue to use your existing membership. 

Being a Zolo resident, you will be offered at least a base complementary healthcare membership by Zolo. If you select to upgrade your membership, it can be done by paying the differential charges on Zolo’s app. This amount will be added to your monthly Zolo rental. 

Yes! You can continue the ZoloSure membership even after leaving Zolo. Please contact Onsurity at care@65.1.116.65 for further details.

There are two kinds of hospitals: 

  • One where the charges change with the room category 
  • One where the charges do not change with room category. 

This is a part of the agreement between the insurer and the hospital. If the insurer has signed the agreement with the hospital which states that other charges do not change with room category, in that case, proportionate deductions would not be applied. The member has to pay only the room rent difference. 

There are 7000+ network hospital in India where cashless hospitalisation benefits can be availed. In the event of non-availability of a cashless hospital, a member can file for a reimbursement claim and Onsurity’s Good Doctors team will assist in getting the reimbursement claim processed as per the terms of Group Health Insurance Policy for Onsurity members. 

There is no limit on the number of claims under the group health insurance. You can make claims admissible up to the Sum Insured during the span of 12 months from the date of activation of the membership, provided you continue to remain a member under the ZoloSure healthcare membership program. 

Nominee of the member (if available with Onsurity) can avail benefits for a valid claim for expenses incurred under the policy before the demise of the primary member. However, Sum Insured payable in case of death does not constitute the part of this policy. 

Nominee of the member could be added using the Onsurity app or details of the nominee could be provided to Onsurity at care@65.1.116.65.  

Under the Group Health Insurance for Onsurity members, it shall be a condition precedent to the Company’s liability under this policy that all supporting documents relating to the claim must be submitted within thirty (30) days from the date of discharge from the hospital. 

In the case of post-hospitalization treatment days, all claim documents should be submitted to Onsurity’s insurance partner within seven (7) days after completion of such treatment. 

Member will get regular updates on claim status through Onsurity’s insurance partner. In addition to this, Onsurity’s Good Doctors Team’ would be in contact with the claimant throughout the process. 

Onsurity’s insurance partner requires scanned copies of the original documents to process the claim. They do not require physical documents. 

However, in cases where the insurer feels the need for the physical documents, they can ask for it. 

  • There are checks and balances built-in across the ecosystem which operate on soft copies for submission of claims. 
  • There are built-in triggers in the system which can flag such claims. 
  • Part of the triggers are tech-based and part of them are evidence-based. 
  • Based on these, some claims can be subjected to investigations too. 

As per the terms and conditions of the Onsurity’s partner insurance company, there are certain standard waiting periods and exclusions. Any other permissible illness will be covered by the Insurance company either through cashless treatment in a network hospital or by allowing to process reimbursement claim. Both Zolostays and Onsurity only serve as platforms for customers to avail the healthcare benefits under the ZoloSure healthcare membership program and are not bound to compensate in the event of any hospitalisation. 

  • As a standard procedure original physical copies are not required. 
  • In case such need arises the same would be intimated to the insured with the necessary details. 
  • In cases where physical documents are needed, they are called in to ascertain whether the claim can be deemed payable or not. 
  • The claim would be payable only after this process is complete.

Post the claim is deemed payable it may take about 72 hrs for the payment to realise in the claimants account unless it is interrupted due to technical or operational issues.

Our Partner Insurance Company has 5000+ hospital network across India. Still, if the Team Member takes the treatment in any non-network hospital, then the Team Member can provide us with the details of the treatment and hospital bills on the Onsurity mobile application and/or website.   

If the Team Member’s claim is valid, then our Partner Insurance Company will reimburse the amount for the treatment taken.
